If possible could all children be at school no later than 8.50am this day. Children will be walked to track by teachers at 9.00/9.05am so any late comers will need to be taken to track by their parents. Please contact the class teacher to let them know you will be on your way. 

All children are in a colored team. (Blue Gold Red) It would be great if they could wear a tshirt, hair ribbons or bandanas of their team.

If you are unsure, class teachers will have this information.

Ironmen and Ironwomen can come straight to the track at 8.45am with their bikes and helmets. I will be at the track setting up from 8.30am. 

It will be lovely using our new marquees. Any parent able to help set these up would be greatly appreciated.
