We are excited to begin our second year of The Resilience Project, a program focused on building emotional resilience in students through gratitude, empathy and mindfulness.
What is The Resilience Project? This research-backed initiative equips students with tools to develop positive mental health and wellbeing. Through engaging lessons and activities, students learn to practice:
-
Empathy: Developing kindness and strong relationships.
-
Mindfulness: Managing emotions and reducing stress.
How Does It Support Our Children? By integrating these pillars into daily life, students build resilience, handle challenges, and foster a positive mindset. Parents play a key role in reinforcing these values at home.
We look forward to another year of supporting our students’ wellbeing together!
