Congratulations to our Year 6 students who celebrated their Confirmation yesterday at St Patrick’s Cathedral. There were 122 candidates from across the Trinity Parish Schools. Thank you to Miss Dunne, Mrs Harvey, sponsors and all the families that made this day so special. It was a beautiful mass and the children are to be commended for the reverence in which they participated. Maggie, Duke, Medina, Isla, Lily, Cooper, Leona and Liana are now fully initiated members of the Catholic Church family.
Year 4 First Eucharist- Important Date
Family Sacrament Workshop- 6:00pm Wednesday, 23rd July (Learning Hub). Last Wednesday the Eucharist candidates attended the Eucharist Family Workshop.

Grandparents’/Special Friends' Day- 9:00-11.30am Wednesday 30th July
Term 3 Afterschool Chess Club- ‘Chess Fanatics’ starts this Tuesday.
It’s not too late if you would like to enrol your child.
I have engaged an outside provider to run an after school Chess Club on Tuesday afternoon during term 3. The Chess Club will run from Week 2 until Week 8 (7 sessions). The Chess Master, Felix Chandler, has offered a great introductory price of $90 for the term. Classes will run in the Learning Hub from 3.30-4.30pm. Beginners and experienced players are welcome. Please see the PDF for more information. Payments are to be made directly to Felix. I will supervise the students before the class begins (send an extra snack to school). MACSEYE will collect any students for After School Care if required after the class.
