'Theatresports, Theatresports, you are forever in our thoughts!'
It has been an annual event for five years running, the wonderful, the magnificent THEATRESPORTS!
Wait a minute.....what on earth is Theatresports? According to Wikipedia, Theatresports is a form of improvisational theatre, which uses the format of a competition for dramatic effect'.
In other words, students form teams and perform a bunch of scenes that they make up on the spot without rehearsal.
The Year 5/6 students have been preparing for this event in Performing Arts classes and are dazzling me with their quick wit and ingenuity.
This may be the last chance to see your son or daughter perform at St Catherine's, so save the date and come along!
