P & F Update
Hi All
Only 17 days to go until our Christmas Night Market. I've attached a separate flyer so you can see all the fun things we have planned for the night.
We need HELP on the night to ensure it all goes smoothly. If you could spare an hour of your time, it would be greatly appreciated. Follow this LINK to the sign up sheets (please note, there are quite a few sheets, so scroll across to see all the options!). Please take the time to help!
Lighting specialist required...we need to set up a few spot lights at the back gate to the car park from 8pm - 9.30pm. If you (or someone you know) can help, please let me know!
Wristbands are currently on sale! $15 will get your child unlimited access to our Pop Up Sports Activities at the Market (laser tag, bubble soccer and an adventure inflatable). Family tickets are also available for $45 for up to six kids.
Flyers will be printed in the next week and we will be looking for help to distribute them around our neighbourhood. More information to follow soon!
Our raffle prizes are AMAZING! The raffle books are about to be printed and will be sent home to families soon. Tickets will be $5 each and each book will have 10 tickets. We are not expecting each family to personally purchase all the tickets in their book, but encourage you to sell tickets at your workplace, to friends and extended family members. Our aim is to sell all the tickets and hope you will all assist us in reaching that goal!

Make sure you've liked the St Catherine's page, and RSVP'd on the event page itself to stay up to date with all the wonderful sponsor support, prizes on offer, stallholders, food vans, and activities that will be available on the night! Position Vacant
Unfortunately I am not going to be able to continue in my role as P&F Coordinator next year. So if you (or you and a friend, or you and a group of friends) are interested in the role, please let me know! No experience is necessary and it doesn't take a huge amount of your time. There are lots of people from this year who are looking to continue to assist next year so you won't be alone! We've also already started planning for 2020 so you won't be starting from scratch. I will of course provide you with a hand over and will be more than willing to answer any questions whenever you need.
This role is a vital one for a school the size of ours. Please take the time to consider whether you could assist.
