Hi All

I hope all the mum's had a lovely day yesterday!  

The Mother's Day breakfast on Friday was held under threatening skies.  Although we did have a bit of drizzle, the rain thankfully held off. Unfortunately, a few unforseen circumstances (eg the coffee man getting stuck in traffic!) made the morning a little more challenging that we'd anticipated.  Thanks to everyone for being so patient.  I also believe there were a few mums who missed out on a part of their breakfast.  We are so sorry that this occured.  Please contact me via text or email (details below) and we'll arrange a refund.  A huge thank you to all the dads who helped out making the egg and bacon rolls.  You were fantastic!

The much anticipated Mother's Day stall was a highlight for all the children.  There was a lot of consideration taken in choosing their gifts for their mums and grandmothers.  We hope you enjoyed them!  A massive thank you to the stall volunteers - Kari, Kelly, Summa, Daniella and Wendy.

We have two coffee mornings scheduled this term and encourage you to come along if you can.  They are a wonderful way to connect with other school parents.  

The first is for our Foundation - Grade 2 parents coffee morning on Thursday 30th May.  I'd love some feedback (via text/email/or catch me at pick up!) as to a suitable location.  Ideally somewhere that has facilities to keep non school age siblings entertained while the parents/carers enjoy a coffe and chat would be ideal.  

The second is on Wednesday 5th June for the Grade 3 - 6 parents & carers.  Again, I'd love your suggestions as to locations so hit me up!

I'll keep trying to move these around so that those who work particular day's will get an opportunity, however if you do have a preference, please let me know!

The school disco will be held on Friday 14th June.  More details to come closer to the date.
