To organize a refund you will need to action the following:

• Log into your QuickCliq account and navigate to your profile page.
• Scroll to the bottom of the page and locate the Account Closure/Refund Request box.
• Input refund information i.e. omit '$' for the amount.
• Funds should return within 1-5 business days depending on financial institution.
