In Year 2 the students are enjoying reading Charlotte's Web, each day we read one chapter and the students then have an opportunity to respond to the text in a number of formats. Students have also been participating in focused guided reading groups, students use a range of reading strategies whilst reading for meaning. Through independent and small group work students are building fluency, expanding their vocabulary and developing comprehension skills.
